When you get back, lounge by the private 14' x 24' pool with a sizable sun deck or go for a stroll over the dunes to the beach. A soothing soak in the hot tub overlooking the pool and the dunes is sure to also provide the luxury you crave while here. Inside, the great room is a serene place to relax. Watch your favorite shows on the 65' TV, complete with a sound bar to truly enhance your immersion. During colder months, settle down with movies together after starting up the gas log fireplace for a cozy ambience. The room also hosts a full ocean view, complete with frequent dolphin and seabird sightings. The sliding glass doors lead out to sun decks which sport water views on both upper levels. This house is in a great location with easy access to the beach right over the dunes. Beautiful views from the main level (top floor) and well maintained pool and hot tub. The bathrooms and kitchen fixtures could use an update, but everything was clean and very comfortable.

The stay was great. We did have a problem with the washer and someone came out and checked it. We also had problems with the 2 showers on the second floor. We’re not able to use them. Someone came to check them and said that they were going to contact a plumber which never showed.

Location and beach access are amazing. 5 for sure. House is a bit scratchy but hey, it’s a beach house. 4 for the house. Our overall experience was off the charts. Bringing our whole family together was a priceless experience!

We did have a relaxing vacation, there a few things we wanted to share to help the next renters. We were shocked to find the property not as ready we discussed with management since we arrived 1 1/2 hr earlier than check in. Management would not allow us to enter the house to be sure it was “ready”. Multiple areas of the house, bathrooms, walls, rooms and including the dishes were just left disgusting. The windows in several rooms were dirty with mold and caked on dust. Some windows in the house would not stay open which lost the ability to open and have the ocean breeze. The smell in the house was that of which the house had not been cleaned or opened for quite some time. A cockroach was found inside on the bottom floor Sunday. Although dead this was startling and not expected. There are many improvements that could be made to this house. Showers faucets need to be replaced or cleaned for water pressure to improve. Hot water temperature needs to be turned down. Burning hot , no happy medium to take showers. Lounge chairs on pool deck broken/cracked. Outdoor railing on top deck loose. We did like the access to the beach so close and having the ability to do laundry. Also the private pool and hot tub was a big plus.
