This house was huge for my husband myself and our two small children but yet we still felt cozy and comfortable. Watching the marsh birds and osprey hunt right from the back porch was awesome. The house gives a relaxing laid back vibe… Even though right on the main road 12 you would never know it from quiet back porch. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

Great location for accessing ramp 49. Also centrally located between Buxton and Hatteras access ramps. Comfortable living area. Nice kitchen layout. Beautiful sunset views over the sound. Love the boardwalk to the sound!

Location was great and home has a lot of space.
Upon arrival the hot tub had no power. Despite 2 work requests submitted over the weekend we had to call the main office Monday. They sent somebody over to fix the water heater? Finally got the hot tub resolved. Many lights were not working or completely missing bulbs.
Home wasn’t very clean (filthy baseboards, cigarettes and beer cans in driveway, stained carpet, nail clippings throughout). Pool table had only one pool cue with a felt tip.
House was ok overall but could use some attention. It’s unlikely we would choose it again without assurance that the issues have been addressed.
