Come stay and discover this unique hand-crafted tinyhouse inspired Casita, boasting a cabin-like feel at the Beaches of Northeast Florida. The house is built using many reclaimed materials and full walls of windows connecting you to the outdoors while providing a laid back and cozy atmosphere to relax and enjoy.
You will enjoy complete privacy while on property with the owner, who is on-hand for any needs you may have.
LOCATION:
Situated between the Atlantic Ocean & Intracoastal Waterway of Jacksonville Beach, enjoy a Liesurely 12 block walk or drive to the beaches and shops of Jacksonville Beach with public beach access.
A 10 - 15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic or Baptist Hospital should you happen to be travelling for medical reasons.
Skate parks, recreation parks, dog parks, Jacksonville Beach Golf Course & Driving range, Wingate Baseball Park, Adventure Landing water park and shipwreck Island with lazy river, arcade, Putt-Putt, Go Karts, Harbor Marina, Windward Beach Marina, Palm Cove Marina, and numerous restaurants and breweries within walking distance or 5 - 10 minute drive.
Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, and Ponte Vedra Beach within 15 minutes.
St. Augustine is a scenic 45 minute drive down A1A.
THE SPACE:
This house includes a separate bedroom with a queen size Loft Style bed with storage below.
A spacious bathroom with a full size walk-in shower.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, large sink, Keurig, and all dishes & cookware. Living room includes a 3 piece sofa with a 32" Fire TV with streaming apps accessible with guest account information.
Enjoy free coffee!
A fully screened-in back porch with washer/dryer and breakfast nook; leading out to a private, covered outdoor patio area, with access to the detached treehouse.
The Treehouse includes a twin bed and floor matresses or cot if needed, A/C & heat, and a 25" TV with Roku. Floor cushion seating, great for meditation and relaxation.
A 2nd outdoor patio is located at the front of the Casita with lounge seating in a private nook. Spend an evening relaxing outdoors under the stars. The perimeter of the Property is fenced in with a private gate entrance for guests. The owner lives on the property but in a separate building and entrance. Very convenient for guests should they have any questions or interests. The owner can assist with recommendations of activities and restaurants.
This is a pet friendly property. The pet fee is $25 per day per pet. This amount is to be paid upon check-in .
GUEST ACCESS:
Private back outdoor area behind Casita and around treehouse dedicated to guests only. This is also separated from the main yard by a low fence for keeping pets in this area. The main yard is separated by a privacy fence down a secluded walkway for guests.

Our stay was very positive.
The owner was extremely professional, attentive, and courteous. She went above and beyond. A rare experience in present times.
The space offers at-home amenities, and you do not have to bring anything or travel anywhere to get something for the space.
It was just the right size (and aesthetic) for me, and the decor/environment was very appealing. If you are taller, just be prepared for a lower threshold. It does not take away from the experience. Just something to take note of.
If I return to that area, this will be a first choice reservation and stay.

Cute little place to stay if you want to be near the beach. Great neighborhood to walk around. We enjoyed our stay and our host was wonderful to communicate with.
