Perfect place if you're happy to stay up til very late

Perfect location during day time for exploring Liverpool, we could even pop in for lunch without wasting time. Spacious enough for 2 and possibly 4, except for a lack of pans for cooking.

Extremely noisy at night, not just noisy but it's like having a disco in the room (up to 2am Thursday and 4am Friday) as unfortunately the flat backs up on Matthew Street where all the nightclubs are, which we had not realised. Obviously not an issue if you're a party person happy to stay up so late. I will say though the owner was very responsive to our query and tried to find a solution for us, unfortunately to no avail.

Excellent location, clean and modern but need to provide hand towels and tea towels to dry hands.

Location was brilliant, and the apartment was clean. I was a little disappointed that the bath towels provided were so small and not changed each day. We did ask for extra towels to be to that only 2 towels are provided for the stay, which ment you had to use the bath towel to dry your hands throughout our stay after use the toilet, which we found a little unhygienic.

Noisy

Good central location, big bathroom good shower.

MAin door lock sticks, very difficult to turn the key. Bedroom is directly over Mathew St so music from bars is very loud despite triple glazing till midnight-1am. TV has very stange menu, no instructions, apps dissappear you have to turn off and on again to get them back, and BBC iplaye refued to load. Ended up connecting laptop via HDMI.

Stayed 1 night then found somewhere where it was feasible to get a nights sleep.

It was ok

The property is directly above the stage of the bar below where they finished playing at 2am in the morning on week days. Impossible to get any sleep.

Facilities and cleanliness. Room size is double what you'd pay for a hotel of the same price

Didnt know how close it would be to the cavern club and late night music. Trust me it's pretty loud
