About this bed and breakfast
Delightful bedroom with super king-size bed shower room one room private conservatory overlooking the deck, Other over looking Garden, both south facing garden. Ideal for relaxing in the evenings with a chilled glass of wine discussing today and planning tomorrow.
If you feel the need to be spoilt, come on in. Lower Barns is a unique hiding place where you can rest, relax and slip away from the pressures of everyday life and discover what really matter…precious time to spend with partners, family and friends while we look after you. Maybe you are planning to get engaged, a honeymoon, a mini-moon, a hen party, a wedding or perhaps just an escape.
The rooms are sheer indulgence, an extravaganza of eye popping palettes recreating colours from nature’s paintbrush from Cornwall’s fields and coastline.
Evening meals are served in The Shack or The Party Shed. Loaded with twinkly lights, candles and a warming fire. Bring your own booze and make sure you book in advance.
Soak away in the hot tub for loved-up days and starry-eyed nights.
Breakfasts are served around the huge dining table in the conservatory overlooking the garden between 8.30 and 9.30.

Janie and Mike made sure we were well catered for throughout our stay. The location was idilic and peaceful and is a perfect base for exploring Cornwall. We were blessed by gorgeous weather and hospitality.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The accommodation is in a beautiful setting , Janie and Mike have created an amazing home. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the beautiful garden was lovely. It was also nice to meet and talk with the other guests at breakfast. Well situated to visit the local area and its attractions.
