A lovely short break to celebrate our wedding anniversary

The location was lovely and quiet, while being within walking distance of everything you would need in Mevagissey. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The breakfast was tasty and well cooked with gluten free and dairy free options as we requested. Mike and Caroline were welcoming and provided helpful local knowledge.

The only slight negative is the steep hill from the road up to the guest house. However, if you didn't fancy walking up the hill on the way back, you could always drive the short distance into Mevagissey and park for free after 4pm.

It's not a dislike or a negative in any way just bare in mind there is quite a steep slope to the bed and breakfast no problem at all for us but for those with mobility problems this may cause an issue.

Kerryanna is fabulous, clean, comfortable, very welcoming with a great breakfast.

Caroline and Mike are excellent hosts making us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and quiet so had a really good night’s sleep. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. It was so good to have plenty of options for a healthy breakfast with dairy free milk, yoghurt and spread all available. Thank you Caroline and Mike!

A true paradise in the heart of Cornwall - phantastic place !

We were looking for a nice place close to the sea to stay 3 nights for exploring the southern peninsula of Cornwall, so we booked Caroline's and Michael's wonderful Country House months in advance. We were so overwhelmed by the hospitality we were granted, by the cleanliness of the place, by the view to the sea from our window, by the luxurious equipment of our room, by the meadows and the trees surrounding the house with so many birds singing - in brief we found a true little isle of tranquility. We had a phantastic selection of breakfast, various styles of eggs prepared to order, much better than what you would get even in a good hotel. Michael and Caroline also gave us some really helpful hints how to best plan our days, what is truly worth seeing and what might not be, some helpful driving recommendations etc. Many thanks to you both to have made our stay such memorable, we greatly enjoyed our time with you and certainy regret to not have planned to stay for even longer. We strongly recommend to anyone to stay a couple of days at Kerryanna Country House Bed and Breakfast.

I couldn't fault the place. Great location, clean and stylish. Caroline and Mike are great hosts too. I was made to feel very welcome. I checked in after cutting a rather fraught camping trip short and so to end up sleeping in the most wonderfully comfortable bed was an absolute dream.

Superb breakfast, delicious fruit and yoghurt, muesli and seeds, and a selection of cooked dishes . Caroline and Mike were very friendly and helpful. The room was very delightful and the bed so comfortable that I slept through the night for the first time in a year Lovely setting

Owners Mike and Caroline were very welcoming and happy to help with any small query we had . Nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast was varied and plenty . Excellent cooked breakfast choices . Property was clean, well maintained and in a lovely location . Peaceful but not too far from local amenities. Would reccomend 100% . We will stay again .
