The fact that there are no people there to attend. Since everything is made online the hosts failed big time to communicate directly with me and the only phone number was unable to receive calls, Therefore it was complicated to get access, most of allo because messages were sent via Booking.com and not directly to my mobile as expected. Answering time via Whatsapp was ridiculous and not really helpfull.

Bed was really comfy.
I have not received any keys. I need to ask every entry with security guy to check my booking details and let me in.
No change of towels, no bins emptied for all 2 days. Also no washing liquid left on room - no possible washing of kitchen equipment.
