Breakfast wasn't included. Location is excellent. Easy walk to the local pub; 5 minutes in car to nearest shop. Outstanding views across the hills.

had a minor issue with the wifi which was quickly resolved, had a problem with the drains but also resolved this with the owners

Amazing location with superb views. Excellent renovation of the cowshed with 5* showers, beds and well equipped. Enclosed garden with pretty plants, outside seating area etc Perfect for a dog. Close to main towns such as Lyme Regis and Sidmouth as well as good walks
One shower drains smelt quite strongly but I’m sure can be rectified easily. Nothing else to dislike
