About this house rental
Casa de Pato is set midway between Papagayo Beaches and the Marina Rubicon, with the coastline just a short distance away.
It is only a 2-minute walk to two supermarkets, which stock everything you need for your holiday. Next to one of the supermarkets, there is also a café that opens early for breakfast and an Indian restaurant and lounge bar.
In the garden, there is a shaded sofa area to relax, a covered dining area, a BBQ, and a modern Bali-style lounge bed next to the pool.
The pool is electrically heated and there are sun loungers available. The garden gate is lockable, making the garden completely secure for young children.
The lounge is bright, sunny, and comfortable with free fibre optic WiFi and IPTV. There is also a desk if you need to work during your stay.
Off the lounge, the kitchen is well equipped and spacious. A door leads to a utility room, where you will find a washing machine, clothes airer, and useful storage space for all your beach gear.
There is a single bedroom on the ground floor, along with a small cloakroom with a toilet and sink. The stairs lead to two further bedrooms and a family bathroom with a new walk-in shower.
The master bedroom has a sizable en suite bathroom with a double sink and a new walk-in shower. The twin bedroom offers incredible views of the Rubicon Range of Mountains. Air conditioning is available free of charge in the two upstairs bedrooms.
The master bedroom also has a balcony with a table and chairs for two, as well as sea views over the rooftops towards Fuerteventura—perfect for breakfast, morning sun, or reading your holiday novel.
Casa de Pato is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, especially if you prefer not to hire a car, as you are close to all amenities.
Pool, bath, and hand towels, as well as a welcome pack on arrival, are included with your booking.

Pros: Super Lage nahe am Meer & 1 min zum gut sortierten Supermarkt sowie in Gehdistanz zur schönen Marina mit tollen Restaurants. Unterkunft war sehr sauber & ruhig (es waren keine Nachbarn da…). Küche gut ausgestattet (nur Abtropfsieb für Pasta fehlt). Service gut.
Cons: Pool Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, somit war der Pool sehr kalt. Es kam zwar sehr schnell jemand & hat versucht es zu reparieren, aber es hat nicht geklappt. Fensterläden beim oberen Bad defekt, man konnte es nicht öffnen. Garten sehr klein (plus könnte man etwas mehr pflegen), sehr nahe zu den Nachbarn. Pool sehr chlorhaltig. Beschreibung, um die Schlüssel zu finden war nicht korrekt (bzw. war der Schlüssel nicht im Schlüsselkasten), aber es kam sehr schnell jemand, um ihn zu bringen.
