Beautiful Home in Lanzarote 5 mins from Marina

Lovely presented villa in a quiet complex. Very clean, spacious and has everything you need. The owners had obviously listened to feedback as the kitchen was stocked with lots of cutlery, glasses, cups plates, etc. Great location with a lovely 10 minute walk into the local marina or 15 mins to the beach. Nice communal pool which was exceptionally clean. The communication with the owners was great. I would not hesitate in booking this villa again.

The rooms were hot (we went in October) although fans are provided. I thought the twin beds in my room were a bit soft but the family were fine in theirs. Perhaps that was down to preference. The area is very quiet which was fine for us. However, any slight noise does echo so I was glad I didn't have any young children or loud family members with us. Not an issue but there are no welcome items provided. There is a supermarket 5 minute walk away .

Location was excellent. Great space for a family of 4 could easily stay another 2 people. Has everything you need in the property. Nice terrace outside facing swimming pool and two balconies on the second floor. Very quiet and relaxed place. Overall we really enjoyed the property and close to marina walk and shop.

Could invest in lounger’s there was only two and were quite run down. Would have been great to have automated Air conditioning in the house but fans in each room were also doing the job ok.

Beautiful and quiet surroundings. Easy walk or drive to lovely beaches.
