Fashion Villa Armonia, heated pool

The location is about 15 miutes walk from the Marina Rubicon which is our favourite area of Playa Blanca. It was handy to have 2 small supermarkets within 5minutes walk and a private car parking space. The pool was warm and of a good size and there were nice mature plants around the garden area. Communication with Mona the property manager was excellent.

I like to have a sea view from a property but it was still a lovely house and we would stay again.

The location of the villa is fantastic - a very pleasant 10 minute walk to the marina (which is gorgeous!) and not too far from our favourite beach on the island. The pool was also a great bonus for our kids and the property is well looked after with comfortable beds. The big dining table was great for meal times. We also had an issue with the amount of beds made up by the cleaners when we first arrived but the house manager swiftly sorted the problem and was very responsive and easy to contact.

A word of warning! We had two cars and there’s only space for one car. We got a fine for parking outside the property despite no notices about restrictions! There weren’t enough comfortable seats for 6 people (four would be fine) and there’s no information provided on how to use the oven and washing machine, which caused us a few issues at the start! But minor things and we were happy with our stay. Thank you.

The villa was situated in a peaceful location but within 10 min walk of marina. It was spacious and clean and we loved the pool and feeling we were in a home from home. I wld definitely recommend booking.
