Nice hotel with friendly staff. The shower was hot and the bathroom was very clean.
The floor in the room was a bit sticky and it could be a little noisy on the corridors. The room could have had more storage.

Everything, beautiful and modern.
The location, very friendly staff, super helpful and the breakfast was amazing plus had the best views while having it.

The breakfast was great! The staff was attentive and willing to accommodate if you needed. We needed more towels, and they were so kind! Answered all questions, and we felt very safe!
I was fine but, my friend is a naturally hot person so, she slept with a neck fan! So, maybe bring one of those if you tend to run hot.

Welcoming staff and an amazing view of the volcano from the rooftop breakfast terrace.
The room was small with just very small double bed. Our room faced into the central narrow atrium and was rather airless and warm; no A/C.
