They charged me more than it was booked. Plus the room wasn’t clean every day.
And the tour agent operating within its facilities charged us a doble for a tour comparing to other tour agents and plus the service was not professional neither as stated.

The hotel maintains the historic charm of the city. It has a restaurant that was not in service,. However, its central location made it easy to access many dining and fast food places. While there is no central air conditioning, the room is equipped with a fan, which was sufficient during my stay in cooler weather. However, I would have preferred the option of air conditioning, especially given my aversion to humidity.
The room itself is quite spacious, though the thin walls did allow me to hear noise from neighboring guests. The bathroom amenities were limited, with only a soap dispenser provided and no lotion, shampoo, or conditioner.
The staff were very helpful, though their knowledge of the local area could be improved to provide better guidance to guests. Overall, the hotel's historic character was a highlight, though some modern conveniences and creature comforts were lacking.
I transferred to another hotel nearby for the remaining 2 days of my stay in the city. It was about $8/day cheaper but had toiletries, drinking water filter, and AC.

The Hotel is in perfect location and the staff are so friendly such of shame because ,I had a bed infested by bed bugs in room #9. I have bed bugs bites in my hands, arms, and elbows my buddy had an allergic reaction to it is been 8 days of itching, redness and swollen none stop since I left the hotel.
