The staff was pleasant but inflexible. The wi-fi worked.
The staff was pleasant but inflexible. I had just gotten back from climbing Acantenango, I reached the hotel at 2:00 pm, and they refused to let me check in until 3:00 pm. The room they eventually put me in was already clean at 2:00 pm so I guess it's a policy but silly. The room was extremely dated, there was no hot water. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I wouldn't choose to stay there again.
