Worth the stay and worth a return.

The host was an absolute pleasure, Stavros made it his personal mission to make sure we enjoyed the stay with recommendations and possibility to arrive earlier and check out a bit later. The villa had great views, it has private gate so you can feel safe.

Really can't complain as the price to value ration is excellent, only thing in the master bedroom it can get a bit damp as the shower is next to the bed, but turning the heating on and opening the window solved this for us :)

We had the absolute pleasure of spending our vacation in a truly exceptional place that exceeded all our expectations. The villa is beautifully situated on a hillside, surrounded by a peaceful olive grove, offering a breathtaking, panoramic view of the sea. Waking up to this view every morning was nothing short of magical. What made our stay truly outstanding, however, were the incredible hosts. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The host and his wonderful mother went far beyond what one could expect — always helpful, extremely friendly, approachable, and fully available whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality felt deeply sincere, and they made us feel not just like guests, but truly at home. The host was a treasure trove of local knowledge, offering invaluable tips and recommendations that made our stay even more enriching and memorable. It’s rare to meet people so genuinely committed to ensuring their guests have a perfect experience. The villa itself is immaculate and extremely well-equipped — featuring everything one might need for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, and a complete set of kitchen utensils. We also thoroughly enjoyed the private, heated pool and the excellent BBQ area — perfect for relaxing evenings with a view. The property is fully fenced, with a lovely garden and a very convenient private parking space. Another huge plus: the villa was cleaned every three days, including fresh linens and towels, which added greatly to the overall comfort and sense of care. In summary — this was a truly perfect holiday. A stunning location, a beautifully maintained villa, and hosts who set a new standard for hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would return without hesitation.

One of the nicest and most comfortable places I've ever stayed.

The location is gorgeous and all facilities are like for a luxury villa, but with affordable price. Stavros, the owner, is not only a perfect host but at the end I feel I get a good friend! Despite the rain and low temperature, our bad luck, we can enjoy also the heated pool.

I have nothing to complain about.

excellent accommodation absolutely beautiful so tastefully decorated with a lot of thought into what you need as a guest to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. Stravis and his dear mother who kindly brought us delicious jam and freshly picked apricots to mention but a few of the treats we received.

Visit this place! You will not regret it and you can be sure to have some very relaxing days.

This is a fantastic place for a lonely and relaxing vacation with the family. You will need a car to get around to the nice beaches. The pool attached tobtee terrace of the apartment is fantastic. The garden around the building is very well maintained and beautiful. The landlord is a very nice host and very helpful. He tries everything to make your stay convenient. Thanks for the nice vacation. We enjoyed it a lot.

Exceptional

We had a fantastic time at Merelia Villas. Stavros is such a lovely and caring host. He gave us useful tips and recommendations at check-in and was always available via phone/WhatsApp to help us out. The apartments are beautifully located between olive trees on a hill that provides wonderful views over sea and land side. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It offered everything you could need during your stay - even a dish washer and a washing machine were installed and ready to use. The pool was well-sized and in great condition. Overall we can surely recommend this place as it is perfectly suited for couples and families.

A place like no other!

Where to start when everything was quite perfect? From the view, the location, the house and interieur to the private pool. This could only be topped by the hospitality and very service oriented owner Stavros and his team! The location is quite outside of everything and I highly recommend a car (always in Greece!) for your stay. Privacy and security are a high standart. A great place for couples and or the whole family with children. For us a place where we surely will return for our next vacation.

Es waren traumhafte, erholsame Ferien in einer wunderbaren Umgebung und mit einem tollen Gastgeber.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit an diesem Ort und in dieser Villa. Stavros ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und umsorgt gefühlt. Die Villa befindet sich auf einem Hügel mitten in Olivenhainen. Es war dort absolut ruhig und wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat alles, was man braucht. Alle drei Tage wird die Villa und der Aussenbereich geputzt und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist traumhaft und die Sonnenuntergänge sind unvergesslich. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Nichts hätte besser sein können. Wichtig zu wissen: Man braucht ein Auto, um zur Villa zu kommen.

Erittäin puhdasta. Isäntä hyvin avulias. Rauhallinen sijainti. Mahtava grilli. Siivous loman puolivälissä oli erittäin hyvää palvelua.
