Everything was excellent! Dimitris was a fantastic host – he welcomed us with snacks, juice, and beer upon arrival, which was such a nice surprise. One day he even brought us pizza, and on Friday before our departure, he prepared a delicious barbecue with grilled meat for us. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

When you have met true hospitality in your life, it causes warmth and kindness to radiate outward from your heart. You immediately feel this warmth and happiness that is completely impossible to describe. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the beach, the interior made us feel like a fairy tale, and Dimitris and Kseniia are exactly the people you want to meet when you go on vacation, wonderful! Thank you for this wonderful stay! Thank you for being such a welcoming and kind host!

Excellent

The house was really nice and roomy. We enjoyed our stay at full! The location was top , as well. Dimitris was great and very helpful. Apart of that, it seemed, he is excellent chef :) Every day , we had such a delicious breakfast, left right in front of the door. We highly recommend Royal House!

Exceptional

Everything was perfect! When we first came into the house Dimitri explained everything to us such as like beach recommendations, places to eat and travel etc. There was also a cake made by him which tasted so good. The fridge was also full with food for us. The place was very clean and it was cool unlike the outside. He was so nice at the same time. We could call him any time and ask for help for something. He helped us park our car whenever there was no place left. He also made us two more dishes by himself. I could tell that he’s a good cook. That’s all I could think of! I totally recommend this place!

Best holiday we’ve had ✨

The most beautiful apartment i have seen, everything was perfect. The house is 10/10, great looking and we felt truly like royals. The location is near the beach and restaurants so we never really had a problem. The host went above and beyond making us comfortable, even making us food (seafood and fish) and baking us fresh sweets. He helped us whenever we needed. 10/10 would recommend

Not to be missed! Wonderful!

The apartment is very clean, quite, very private and with fantastic location. 3min walk to town centre, taverns, coffee shops, pharmacy, etc and around 10mins walk to the nearest beach. Fully equipped kitchen - oven, kettle, coffee maker,MW, toaster, cups, glasses, cutlery etc. and a washing machine. Every room is individually air conditioned. Air cons are new , very quite and fast to cool down the rooms. Although there is no designated parking place we had no trouble finding a spot to park. Plenty of it around even over the weekends. We have no words to say how kind Dimitris and Kseniia are. They have bought some fruits, bread, ham and other bits as a welcome gift for us. It was just wow. Such a kind and thoughtful gesture of them as the weather wasn’t very nice that day and we were travelling with children. Throughout our 4 nights stay Dimitris and Kseniia were always there when we needed them for advice or just a chat with a smile and maybe something homemade to nibble on nom nom 😃 Everything was great! Thank you for having us!

Reči nisu dovoljne za korektan opis, Royal House treba doživeti.

Domaćin, Dimitris je izuzetan. Smeštaj je takođe bez ikakve sumnje odličan. Internet takođe, kako u samom objektu, tako i ispred gde je set za sedenje i iza kuće u bašti takođe. Lokacija je odlična, jako blicu centra mesta. Koliko je blizu pešačke zone, isto toliko je blizu i jednostavan izlazak automobilom na glavne lokalne saobraćajnice, kao i na auto-put. a odatle do bilo koje plaže u okruženju brzo i jednostavno, a ima ih jako puno! Dugo godina letujem u Grčkoj, ovogodišnje letovanje, boravak u apartmanu, kao i nenametljiva i izuzetna paznja gospodina Dimitrisa su ostavili jako lep utisak na moju porodicu i mene i postavilo lestvicu jako visoko za sve druge koji izdaju kuće, apartmane. Prethodne je definitivno zasenio a potencijalnim budućim je postavio lestvicu jako visoko. Ocena je najviša jer viša ne postoji. Royal House ima sve što vam treba, vlasnik se potrudio neverovatno oko svega! Možda slike, u jednom delu, govore više od bilo kakvih reči. Hvala Dimitris još jednom!

The greatest hospitality!

Ο κύριος Δημήτρης είναι από τους καλύτερους οικοδεσπότες που έχουμε συναντήσει μέχρι τώρα. Μας καλοσώρισε με Aperol και φρέσκους χυμούς. Μας έφερε πρωινό και το βραδάκι ψητά στα κάρβουνα και μεζέδες. Ότι και να πούμε είναι λίγο. Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο και ευρύχωρο. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα και σίγουρα θα ξανά έρθουμε!

Luxuriöse Unterkunft

Das Appatment ist ein Traum man fühlt sich wie in einem Schloss, es ist groß, luxuriös und sehr sauber und voll kliematisiert. Eine Küche mit allem was man braucht ist vorhanden. Dimitris ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Das ist echte griechische Gastfreundschaft. In 2 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Harika bir deneyim

Tesisle ilgili herşeyi sevdik. Özelliklede Bay Dimitriosu. Ama söylemeliyimki dekorasyonu harika. Reservasyonla ilgili bir hata yaptık ve 1 gün sonra griş yaptık. Bundan dolayı açıkçası çok üzgündük. Bizi karşılamaya gelen Bay Dimitrios'un eşi durumu anlayınca olaya el atarak eşiyle konuşarak bir çözüm bulacaklarını söyledi. Eşi de çok nazik ve anlayışlı biri bu arada. Bay Dimitrios bize hemen dönüş yaptı ve fazladan bir gün kalabileceğimizi söyledi. Üstelik ücret dahi almadı. Bir cok ikramlık hazırlamışlardı. Börek, çörek meyvelerden tutunda içeceklere kadar. Bu da yetmemiş gibi Bay Dimitrios elleriyle helva yapıp çocuklarımız için de dahil kokteyllerle beraber geldi. Kendimizi çok değerli hissettirdi. Çok alçak gönüllü ve hoş birisi. Konum olarak harika bir yer. Restoranlara, plajlara marketlere yürüme mesaffesinde. Bay Dimitrios'un tavsiyesiyle gittiğimiz plajlardan memnun kaldık .Bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Arabamızı hemen evin önüne park edebildik. Park sıkıntısı yok. Gönül rahatlığıyla reservasyon yapabilirsiniz.

Ne postoji ni jedna stvar koja nam se nije dopala. Sve je inzvanredno. Domacini su vise nego gostoljubivi i u svakom trenutku na usluzi. Perfektno mesto za udoban odmor i uzivanje. Sve potrebno, od dobrih restorana, prodavnica, mora, apoteka, crkve…na par koraka od smestaja. Odlican wi fai i tv. Teretana u smestaju. Sve je savrseno za odmor i boravak.
