Comfortable appartment, with a huge beautifly terrace, right at the beach

Had a fun time, but needs improvements.

The apartment's location and terrace are the best! You cannot beat the amazing terrace and the view. It's absolutely amazing. Also, it is literary a few steps away from the beach! The apartment was big and spacious. The family who owns it is very friendly, so cannot complain regarding their customer service.

Having said everything positive above, there are some things that need to be improved. The doors have apparently been painted over and the bedroom door does not close (which was a problem, since a baby had to sleep in there). When we tried to close it via the key, it got stuck and the door wouldn't open. Thank god there is a door to the balcony in that room, so my husband could get in through there, otherwise me and the baby would have been locked in. We called the owner and he came in an hour, but it was all pure luck that we opened the door. These doors/door locks need to be replaced entirely (the kitchen door also doesn't close). The blinds in the bedroom were also stuck and it was very difficult for me and my husband together to pull them down. The shower head would not sit in its holder and hit me in the head a couple of times when falling - not very safe, especially around children. It would also have been nice to have a mop or something to clean with, as there is bound to be sand from the beach and after a couple of days everything gets super dirty.

Perfect!

Everything was as better as it gets! :-) The apartment was perfectly clean. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and the beds were comfortable. The owners were there for us whenever we needed anything. They were really polite and provided extra everything—towels, sheets, coffee pods... From every room in the apartment, there was a sea view. And the terrace—wow! You could play football on it, that’s how big it is! Our young boy had so much fun. There was plenty of terrace furniture for every mood: sunbeds, beach chairs, a dining area, a swing bench... everything you need to have a comfortable and relaxing vacation. And the private parking is provided. I’d give 5 stars to both the apartment and the owners!

Perfect beachview first line appartment

Host was very polite and helpful, perfect conditions, we even had a chance for an early check-in, excellent place

Access to baech was a little difficult with child trolleg because it is needed to pass some stairs.

Amazing view, huge balcony, right on the beach

Very nice apartment with amazing view and enormous balcony, where one could even play sports. The host was extremely helpful and polite even after we were hour and a half late. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything one might need. The beach is literally 2 minutes away and is very clean. I particularly liked the swing on the balcony, where you could even take a nap in a hot summer day.

The amazing apartment is let down by the shower. The shower head holder was broken and the water leaked everywhere from the shower curtain. I would assume it will be repaired before the summer starts as we visited a bit before the active season.

Very comfortable apartment with a "million dollar" view. Kostas, super friendly host, met us at the property and showed us around. The beds are soft and comfortable. In the kitchen, you can find everything you need. But the terrace was something totally incredible - it was huge!!! We had an unforgettable stay.

Шикарне місце.Балкон з видом на море,та на гору Олімп,до пляжа 2 хвилини.Закрита територія з парковкою.Квартира дуже простора,охайна.Всі зручності.Тепер про пляж:широкий пісчаний пляж з зручним заходом,дно пологе,без обривів,для дітей просто чудово.У містечку багато кафе та ресторанчиків.Ціни як в Одесі,порцііі надзвичайно великі.

Персонала беше отзивчив и любезен,помолих ги за по ранно настаняване от 14.00h. следобят и ни настаниха 09.30h както предварително се уговорихме. Терасата е с уникална гледка.

Апартамента беше със старо обзавеждане,вратата в банята нямаше ключ за заключване и цялата брава е омазана с боя не е заключвана от години , душа постоянно падаше от стената ,плочките бяха стари и отгоре боядисани с боя,която се люпеше.Шкафа беше също стар и надут от влагата,вентилатор монтиран за отвеждане на парата нямаше. Покрай тоалетната чиния стърчаха тръби меки връзки,както отходните тръби се виждаха. Вратата в спалнята не се затваряше и не се заключваше,дограмата също беше много стара и заяждаше,трудно отваряне и затваряне.Гардероб за дрехи няма,имаше една ниша в стената без рафтове вътре. В кухнята обзавеждането също беше старо и отново плочките по стените бяха боядисани с боя. Втората спалня е преградена с параван,което също е неудобство. Леглата изключително неудобни. Съотношение цена качество определено не си заслужава. В комплекса съм бил в пет апартамента до сега,но този беше наи зле,не бих повторил престоя си там. Перфектно разположение,но собственици трябва да инвестират в основен ремонт на целия апартамент!!!
