Extraordinary Apartment near beach!

The apartment was fabulous! Extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. They even upgraded us to a 2 bedroom! 3 TVs, a huge living room, an outdoor patio with chairs and a table. No steps, which was great for my broken ankle! Washing available on 1st floor!

Dimitris was an outstanding host, always available for anything we needed. He is very friendly. There is a cleaner who comes every three days, which was a nice touch! The property itself is soooo comfortable!! Safe, quiet, walkable, and close to downtown Nea Moudania. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC worked well. Everything is new, the space gets lots of natural light, but it also stays cool. We worked remotely and Dimitris was so kind to even provide us with two office chairs! We would absolutely come back here again, and I highly recommend it!

If I visit Nea Moudania again, I will definitely choose Dimi Residence.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests immediately. The apartment is perfect for those without a car, as the beach, supermarkets, and bars are all within a 10-15 minute walk. The nearest beach is also nice—clean water, not too crowded.

We were initially missing some items, such as kitchen knives and a hair dryer. However, the owner brought them within one hour after I sent the request. Do not expect hospitality cleanliness in the apartment, but overall, it was tidy.

The apartments are really beautiful, spacious, as they are new. The host is responsive and immediately available.

Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή σε καθαρό και άνετο χώρο, με φιλόξενο οικοδεσπότη και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άψογα καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πολύ ήσυχο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, με καθαρές οδηγίες για το check-in. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική — κοντά στη θάλασσα και σε μαγαζιά, αλλά αρκετά ήσυχη για ξεκούραση.

Επειδή το διαμέρισμα ήταν ισόγειο, η αυλή έχει περιορισμένη ιδιωτικότητα, καθώς φαίνεται από τον δρόμο και τα διπλανά σπίτια· ίσως μια διακριτική περίφραξη ή κάποια φυτά θα βελτίωναν ακόμη περισσότερο τον χώρο.

Decepciona equipamiento y ubicacion

Instalaciones nuevas y el anfitrión respondía inmediatamente. Cama cómoda. Sitio para aparcar, en la calle. Está en las afueras del pueblo, a 5 min caminando de la playa, pero a 15min del centro. De noche la calle está muy mal iluminada, por lo que hay que ir en coche.

Fueron muchas cosas. Nos dieron cama doble pese a confirmarnos 2 individuales. Incluía limpieza diaria pero no acudieron ningún día a limpiar ni a cambiar las toallas. La puerta de la calle está siempre abierta; no nos sentimos seguras en la planta baja. No pudimos disfrutar del jardín porque tira muchísimo viento. Por la noche hacía frío y no había mantas. Nos sugirieron que encendiéramos el climatizador (luz molesta para dormir) y nos proporcionaron otra colcha (muy fina). La vajilla estaba sucia, con restos de comida pegados, y la nevera (nos dimos cuenta 24h después) no enfriaba. Estaba apagada. Nos mandaron girar el interruptor, sin una disculpa, sin preguntar si se había estropeado comida. La vajilla es muy escasa: 3 platos de cada, 3 cubiertos de cada (cucharas grandes sólo 2). Nos hubiera gustado tener un cuchillo que cortara, tijeras, sartén, frutero, alguna fuente, servilletas, manteles individuales de plástico, toallas y papel higiénico de repuesto, mantas, plancha (hay que pedirla), botiquín, etc... No hay microondas, pero más llama la atención que en una zona de playa no haya lavadora,. Por lo menos podrían poner un tendal y unas pinzas, para poder tender las toallas y los bañadores. Las 5 perchas que dejaron eran tipo hotel, por lo que no resultaron útiles. La toalla y los pantalones que dejamos a secar sobre las sillas del jardín, salieron volando. Además quedaron al alcance de cualquiera que pasara por la calle. En la cocina nos dejaron 4 cápsulas de café y 4 infusiones, sin ni siquiera un sobre de azúcar o una botella de agua fresca. Éste fue nuestro tercer circuito Grecia, y sabemos por experiencia que no es lo normal. Tampoco había información turística de la zona. Dejamos, para el siguiente viajero: agua, aceite, sal, servilletas, 2 bayetas, estropajo.... Espero que les lleguen. y que no tengan que salir 3 veces a hacer la compra, porque el apartamento está alejado, no hay tiendas ni restaurantes en los alrededores.
