Le fait que ce soit situé à moins de 5mn à pieds du centre et des restaurants, qu'il y avait tout le confort nécessaire pour y vivre comme chez soi et que globalement tout était au top. Thanos le propriétaire était très à l'écoute et répond très vite à chaque demande!

Malheureusement deux ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas : une dans le salon et l'autre dans une des chambres. Cela dit, il y avait d'autres lumières pour y pallier.

We stayed in the apartment for 5 nights, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The location was ideal — the city center, promenade, and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away, while the city beach is about 15 minutes on foot. What makes the location especially convenient is that, if you have a car, you can always find parking easily right in front of the building. Our host, Thanos, welcomed us into a cool and pleasantly scented apartment. He was very kind and helpful from the moment we booked the accommodation until the last day of our stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nea Moudania and would gladly stay here again!

Finns allt man behöver och var otroligt rent och städat. Väldigt trevlig värd och nära till precis allt. Lugnt område.

The apartment is brand new, very spacious, and occupies the entire floor, which provides plenty of privacy. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the appliances and furniture were new and in excellent condition. Each room has its own air conditioner, although we rarely needed to use them. The apartment is located in a quiet part of Nea Moudania, yet it is only a short walk from the town center. We slept very well every night, and there was always a free parking space available close to the apartment. The hosts, Thanos and Cristiana, were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
