Don’t come here if you don’t have a car or rent a car.

This house is very beautiful with balcony and yards. It is very near the sea. Sea water is cristal clear. There is nothing can be complained about this house.

I was told that tourist season will start at the beginning of June. It means before that 95% of the shops and restaurants are closed. Surrounding areas of this beautiful house is construction site. You will hear noise from construction some times. Even the roads around this house are not cemented yet. It feels like living in a rural, remote areas, far from city, shops and restaurants. Even the tourist season starts, there is no shops and restaurants in 1 km area of this house.

Fancy one

The apartment is very good, comfy, modern, and clean. Comfy bed, kitchen very well equipped Wi-fi excellent 👌. The place is cleaned every 3 days or at request, and there are also towels and bed linen provided on request the owner is very responsive and helpful. The beach is 200m away. Perfect place for a long stay.

The surroundings are literally a building site, there's a lot of houses building around, and it's a lot of noise and dust, especially in the morning until late afternoon. Hope this summer will be better

Overall a great value for money.

The property is gorgeous, very well planed and the design is beautiful. The vacation home was great for 4 people, it had all the ameneties for 4 people, showers in both bathrooms, the kitchen was very well equiped. The staff was welcoming and very accomodating. They offered other options like a bicycle, barbecue, pumps for inflatables and private parking for every apartment. The apartment was very clean.

Great for a family of 4, maybe a little bit tight for 4 adults.

Apartmant is very comfortable and one of the cleanest i have ever rented. Very well equipped. If you like to ride the bicycle.. you have it. Air compresor available as well.. so there is no pain with beach inflating equipment. :-) Overall, it is a great place, and all recommendations....

The best place for your Greek holiday

Brilliant place, comfortable, the kitchen area was very well equipped. Very kind and warm staff. The Greek lady/ cleaning lady was very smiley, warm, and willing to help with everything. I liked the idea of the free bicycles that have been provided. I can say that everybody can enjoy and benefit from the place. I definitely will return!

Highly satisfied with my stay! The accommodation was comfortable and spotlessly clean, which made for a truly pleasant experience. The added bonus of a very good internet connection was a big plus, allowing me to stay connected and productive throughout my visit. Definitely recommend!

The apartment looks exactly as pictured and SUPER CLEAN!!! The owner was very helpful with local recommendations from types of food and where it is best to find each (seafood, meat), friendly places/taverns to go with kids, local beaches, local supermarkets. Owner also checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed from clean towels to making sure cleaning was done at a reasonable time. The entire apartment complex was cleaned every 2 days with new towels, sheets and shampoo/soap. Dried dishes were put away and the floor was moped and cleaned.

ArtLine Luxury Suites is definitely our favorite place in Chalkidiki.

We made the best choice for our Easter holiday. Everything was extraordinary. What I see as a big plus for this accommodation: +The location very close to the beach; +The impeccable cleanliness; +The interior facilities (complete kitchen, with everything you need, TV in the living room and in the bedroom, Wi-Fi, a lot of towels, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, including deionized water, washing machine, air conditioning) +terrace with table and chairs both in the bedroom and in the living room, otherwise the favorite place to drink coffee in the morning or to have lunch;

Too perfect😊. We thank our host, Mr. Dimos, for his hospitality and care, asking us daily if we need anything and making sure the water is warm enough. Thank you so much.

Best accommodation in Halkidiki, definitely!!! We felt like at home The host paid attention on every detail while equipping the apartment, just amazing! The staff were extra kind and they've done their job unbelievably good. Every second day of our stay the apartment was cleaned and they left our apartment tidy. We are definitely coming back this summer!!!

This block of Nea Flogita where Artline is located should have roads with a layer of asphalt...just hope not to rain 😁..but not owner's fault!

Nicht weit vom Strand gelegen. Sehr gutes Bett! Anfang Oktober alles sehr ruhig, trotz einiger Baustellen. Liebesbedürftige Katzen (1 Rote und eine kleine getigerte🙂)

Aproape de plaja, și la 10 minute de centrul localității, zona de promenadă, toate facilitățile cazării au fost ok

Ce a fost deranjat pentru noi au fost pe de o parte o mulțime de țânțari (cu toate că locația are in dotare plase, la o familie cu copii care mai uita să închidă ușa, s-au resimțit și în casă) iar pe de altă parte, fiind o zona in dezvoltare s-a simțit lipsa asfaltului, iar mulți turiști mai alerga cu mașinile spre plajă și ridică nori de praf in urma lor, ambele aspecte au făcut dificila luarea mesei sau savurarea cafelei in curtea locației, însă ambele aspecte nu țin neapărat de proprietarii cazării, ci doar de administrarea localității Flogita.

Modernes Appartement, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Platz reicht perfekt für 4 Personen. Super strandnah und der Strand ist nicht überfüllt, das Wasser ist sehr sauber.

Küchen Ausstattung könnte verbessert werden, für Selbstverpflegung haben einige Sachen gefehlt, ein scharfes Messer z.B. Da in der Gegend noch viel gebaut wird, sind die Straßen noch nicht ausgebaut, wird aber in den nächsten Jahren sicherlich besser.

Πολύ καλό κατάλυμα. Είχε και είσοδο με μηχανισμό για το αυτοκίνητο. Άνετος χώρος και πολύ καθαρά!

Το μόνο που δε μου άρεσε ήταν που ενώ στο αυτοματοποιημένο μήνυμα έγραφε ότι δεν είναι υποχρεωτικό να κάνεις ηλεκτρονικά το check in σε μήνυμα με τον υπεύθυνο μας είπε ότι είναι!!!

Totul a fost la superlativ. Aproape de plaja, facilități, condiții f bune pentru un concediu cu copii. Saltele f bune pt un somn odihnitor. Zona liniștită, aproape de supermarket.La plaja beneficiezi de sezlongurile fara plata în baza unei consumații la bar.
