The room is spacious and within walking distance to the sea. Relevant if visiting in the summer.
The indoor pool was freezing cold and not heated at all, making it unusable. In addition, bathrobes were not included and required an extra charge of €10 per person, which felt unreasonable given the pool facilities were already limited.
There was no proper access to entertainment for tourists. The smart TV was not connected to the internet, leaving very limited options. As a substitute, a DVD player was provided, which felt outdated and impractical. There was also no option to play music.
We stayed as a couple with a child, and the room was not prepared for us. We had to set up the sofa bed ourselves. The beds in the bedroom had uncomfortable spring mattresses. There was no heating in the room, so we had to wear warm clothes and use extra blankets just to sit comfortably in the living area.
The room view was toward the parking lot. A sea view is only available in a few rooms on the top floor facing the right direction, which was not clearly communicated.
Additionally, guests are required to clean the room before departure, which is unusual for a hotel stay. Breakfast must be ordered a day in advance and costs €20 per person which felt excessive considering the overall experience.
Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and did not reflect good value for money.
