Location to restaurants.

At $330 per room, I expected a hot breakfast. Room was clean but noisy as it was next to the breakfast room.

air conditioning did not work in room #6. they put a fan in the room.

We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely go back!

The location, history, and renovations are excellent. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Can’t beat the location!

I knew when I booked I was staying in a room that hasn’t been renovated yet. My mistake. The updated rooms were gorgeous. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Maybe local baked goods? Or local made tea? Did enjoy the all day coffee.

Very cute Inn and very charming design. The front desk staff was really kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

I wish they had provided bottled water in the bedrooms and the breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

There was no clean up service. Upon checking in, we were told it wouldn't happen on Thursday, Thanksgiving Day. But it didn't happen on Wednesday either. We paid full fare for 3 nights. There should have been an adjustment on our bill. Also, the continental breakfast was wanting. Bagels were rubbery, and muffins were stale. You can get much better bagels at Einsteins a few steps away. And there is a bakery practically in your backyard which has great muffins. You can do better.

It felt like home. my daughter and i loved it and will be back. the only thing that could have been a bit better is a fan and a mattress cover - the mattress was a bit hard.

Didn't eat the snacks they had. Went for an actual meal someplace else. They just had coffee and bagels or croissants.

The music from the bar downstairs until 2:00 am !!!!!!!!!! It was right below my room. I also had 4 "stink bugs" when I first arrived in the room on the light and wall. The girl at the desk was very nice and took care of the situation. I am from FL and not used to them ... never heard of that bug. I had also requested a room on the first floor and I was put upstairs. No rooms available on the ground floor so was disappointed in that too. I believe I deserve money back for the inconveniences!

Comfortable and well appointed rooms. Nice continental breakfast in a quiet room. Convenient parking. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

Coffee was fine. I don't remember there being any other breakfast. The breakfast place down the street was quite good.

Parking was tight, but OK. Desk between beds was not usable due to oversized "fashionable" lamp on desk. I suggested a smaller lamp that was a little less fashionable.

very poor effort at continental breakfast. no regular housekeeping service - because of COVID (?) - which was not communicated upon check-in, nor noted in-room. no chain on door, no additional security to room, other than one-key turn on doorknob. so, not really a bed and breakfast, not industry standard cleaning, not secure room. need to get the act together.

The location was convenient and central, and the staff was nice. The lobby was attractive. On-site parking was convenient.

The hotel was currently in the middle of renovations during our visit. To be fair, there was no construction noise during our stay. However, it was very clear that our particular room had been renovated very quickly, and was not yet in a state where it should have been rented. The bathroom walls were lined with new marble tile, but the entire surface of the walls was covered with a heavy white power residue from the grouting process (no one had cleaned the walls after filling the grout between the tiles); there were even the construction measurements still written on some of the tiles in pencil, which hadn't been cleaned off. The shower fixtures were new, but weren't tightened properly and sprayed water from the loose connections. One of the light switches in the room was missing the cover, exposing the wiring inside. The lower vanity drawer in the bathroom was installed poorly, and wouldn't close, sticking out about an inch. The glass surface of the window to the outside was covered with a heavy film of mold speckles, so it wasn't possible to clearly see outside. The painting had been done very poorly and hastily, in single coats, with no attention to detail. This is was definitely not what I would have expected from a room costing in excess of $340 per night. When we checked out, we weren't even asked how we enjoyed our stay, presumably because they knew it was sub-par.

There was a continental breakfast. Not many choices. Muffins were fresh.

We should have booked through the Inn. The prices were much less if we had booked through them.

Location. Old time feel. Very friendly staff.

Room was still under construction. Air condition was tempermental.. No dresser, no suitcase stand, no towel rack , no shelf in shower for soap or shampoo, no room refrig, no ice machine easily accessable. Things for room rate that should be readily available.
