Inn of Chagrin

At 9 am there was almost no food left

No elevator Beautiful decor does not make up for lost of comfort

The coffee was good. The staff was so nice.

Light coming in under the door.

Great location and nice common areas. Bed was super comfortable and staff were very nice. Location is great. Would stay again just maybe a different room.

For getting a remodel not that long ago the bathroom in room was pretty rundown. The shower handle kept coming off and the drain and chipped. The sink sprays all over the place. The tile grout was dirty

The location was excellent.

The staff needed more training. ( Except Helen who tried to fix our broken TV) The bed was not comfortable. (Too hard) The continental breakfast was mediocre. ( straight from Costco). The breakfast room was a dark afterthought. ( Either have a breakfast or don’t) As a customer who travels considerably the Inn at Chagrin fils into the category of a place that has lots of potential but not the will to make the changes. It felt as though they had a concept but after fulfilling the initial plan they have lost interest in running a hospitable Inn.
