Cozy and quaint and the location is as good as you're going to get in Chagrin. Had a small fenced in area in the back as well for our dog that can be accessed through the rear of the house. Exactly what we needed for a quick trip back to Chagrin.
Nothing the owner can do but if you're tall, make sure you keep your head on a swivel. The ceilings in certain areas are pretty low. Also, shower head was very low. Perhaps an S-shaped shower arm?

This home is extremely clean with comfortable seating and comfortable mattresses. The property is a few blocks from The Falls. Wonderful farmers market on Sunday mornings. Several restaurants within walking distance. Extremely quiet Street!! The owner responded quickly to messages.
