The original structure features exposed hand cut beams from the 1800's and its charm continues down to the rustic flooring. Excellent property. Just as pictured. Clean and comfortable. High quality kitchen appliances. Plenty of towels and bedding. The second bathroom upstairs is a bonus. So is the comfortable front porch. The home is in a prime spot for enjoying all the restaurants and shops around beautiful Chagrin Falls. Check in and communication was easy. Highly recommend.

Overall our stay was excellent. I would recommend some instructions for operating the TV and streaming. We had difficulty locating the live channels. This cottage is lovely and in a great location for walking to the center of town.

We loved staying at Michael’s charming home in the heart of Chagrin! We could walk everywhere and it was always nice to come “home” to the clean, well-kept home. The house was just as described. Loved having the porch to sit out on in the afternoon and mornings. Beds were comfortable. You cannot beat the proximity to the main street. So many shops and restaurants.

Nice place, would stay again. We traveled with two small children and we were able to fit two pack and plays in the one bedroom. It was tight but worked well. The other bedroom does not have enough space for a pack and play. Location was great, a short walk to town to see the Falls.

Excellent location where you can walk to the center of town. Convenient parking spot on the side of the house. The inside is nice (as pictured) and the beds are very comfortable. I took a star off because the place needs a deep clean, e.g. the inside of the dresser drawers were dirty, there were a few long black hairs in the tub/shower and the kitchen had ants. The shower also had very little water pressure.

Located on a sweet street within walking distance of the Popcorn Shop, The Falls, and beautiful downtown Chagrin Falls, Michael’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was clean, had everything you need, with comfy beds and couch. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch while relaxing in the adirondack chairs. I would definitely rebook again. This sweet home was everything that it claimed to be and more. The pictures did not do it justice. The location was very close to the quaint downtown area of Chagrin Falls. Everything that we could need in the home was there and Michael, our host, was most helpful and accomodating in every way. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Michael's home is ideally located in Chagrin Falls. A near walk to town, but also quiet and off the beaten path. I loved the amenities such as quality bedding, linens, and towels. High end dishes as well and wine and martini glasses. Front porch is awesome and I am sure enjoyable in the summer, as well as back patio. Michael was very attentive and prompt to communicate. I would definitely recommend this rental.

We were visiting family in Chagrin Falls and this place was perfect for us! We were able to bring our pets and stay so close to town. The house was welcoming, clean and well equipped for a longer stay. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be interested in staying again in the future.

This Chagrin Falls home is just as advertised - plus lots of charm! It feels like it has just been renovated, with new decor. The front porch adorned with American Flags is a very nice touch to match the porch swing. Slightly low ceilings heading upstairs to the two bedrooms (not a problem for me at 5'5", but my 6'4" husband had to duck a bit) the only issue to note. The kitchen is stocked so nicely, but you can walk to restaurants so why bother cooking?! Cannot recommend more strongly - this place is a gem.
