The rooms were exceptionally spacious, clean, and well maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff and security personnel were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The hotel's central location was a major advantage, providing convenient access to the town, shops and other nearby amenities. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the excellent service and convenient location, but addressing these issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.
There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was slow and frequently disconnected, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, there was no access to Netflix or other streaming services. On Saturday, the hotel experienced a power outage, and unfortunately, there was no backup generator available, which affected the overall experience.
