Great location directly opposite the ICC where I was attending a conference.
Spacious and well appointed accommodation.
Convenient meeting areas downstairs in lobby and Roar Bistro
Great bathroom and manchester to go with it - even though I didn't use the gowns.

TV's didn't work when I checked in - had to call but then cancelled because people were not on site.

A fair amount of maintenance going on in lift lobby - carpeting. Building looks a little tired but they're obviously working on it.

Good location and size and layout of the apartment, Good hot water comfortable bed,.
WiFI doesn't cover the who apartment and cuts out intermittently. Bugs in the kitchen. really need to deal with this.
