The hotel phoned me in the afternoon and demanded that I return the key

Location was good with proximity to shops and malls, the room is very cosy and so classy, the host is responsive which is very important and the lady at the reception Prudence Dlomo was so warm and welcoming .
We requested for wifi at the reception and was told to contact the booking site which was impossible because we were foreigners with no connectivity at that time.Next morning met staff at reception who asked us to reach the manager for wifi and could not help us call her even after knowing we were foreigners with no local number. We found a way to reach her and assisted immediately
