Valve for money.
Was disappointed by the fact that they were no house rules printed . Washing machine not working very bad or no internet after 7pm. Mostly astonished that after we found washing machine was not working and one of our kids stained a pillowcase we were charged R1200 !’! For a stained pillowcase. Utterly disappointed .

We booked and paid for a 3 bedroom and informed the day before check in that the 3 bedroom is no longer available- we were given a 2 bedroom as a second option. We had to take it because this communication was made on day of check-in. Also, the place was not freshly cleaned. It was as though someone had just left the place.
