It’s a good place I guess, much better than being stranded. I liked the restaurant in the building but the apartment was a 5/10 honestly. Appreciated the baby cot
The place is not family friendly in terms of the location, too many shady characters in and out of the building, the blankets where smelling of perfume, I assume it was from previous guests, wondered when last they were washed, furniture is worn out and the appliances are old(kettle). It’s not well maintained, there’s also a funky smell in the toilet from the mops that are kept in there, the mat in the lounge has dirt stains too.

We prepared our own breakfast whenever we needed to eat.
We were hoping to have an extra bed for our son, but it was not provided. We had the impression that there were no three bedroomed apartments hence we opted for a two bedroomed. But came to learn that there are three bedrooms available.

It was central and clean.
On the day of checkout, the cleaner knocked at 9:45 to clean and waited outside and started cleaning at 9:57 whilst we were still getting ready to leave.

Loved the location , the restaurant was really nice and classy
The property is poorly managed , the hostess was a no show , poor response and literally not interested. Customer service is not a priority with this specific booking , the apartment was dusty and had a cigarette stench when we entered and we do not smoke . The inside of the kettle was disgusting. Upon check in I only received one access card and had to request a second one. I will honestly never book here again.
