Very clean and comfortable with good facilities . It was a good place to relax and unwind after World Cup visit.

This is a modern and clean hotel with good facilities. The hotel location is about 40mins walk to Old Key West, or you can use transportation to reach that area. The pool and sea area are great and it's fun to watch the Iguanas.

My booking for a room for four people included 'continental breakfast' - which is absolutely fine. This turned out to be a $20 credit per day. However, $20 doesn't go very far to cover breakfast for 4 people. Based on the cost of food items in the hotel $20 is may just be enough for 2 x pastries and 2 x coffee's. If 4 people are in the room, a larger allowance should be include, reflected in the room booking price.

The hotel was immaculate inside and outside. Away from bustling Duval Street but within easy drive to the attractions. Bottled waters and bags of ice were on each floor. Nice patios with modern furniture to enjoy the view.

1) I expected so much more for USD 4,000 for six nights. 2) Our room was never cleaned when we returned from the day out. 3) I had to go to reception twice to ask for towels to shower so we could make our dinner reservation. 4) The cleaning staff left garbage bags and dirty towels every day in the hallways. Very disgusting. 5) Never enjoyed the pool as they allow kids to throw footballs all day across the pool. The pool is too small to allow this. Was hit several times with footballs. 6) No bell service or room service for USD 600 a night. 7) Cleaning staff never left new shower gel each day. 8) Very poor service for what you are charging per night.
