We were there when it was cold but the room and view of pool, cabana and ocean were great

It seemed very minimal and there was no dining area that we saw.

The water pressure was horrible and temperature was not as hot as it needs to be. My profession is in water distribution and with low water pressure and low water temperatures is how bacteria grows, specifically Legionella.

Absolutely wonderful - Didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful modern big clean rooms, lovely pool, fantastic staff, quiet and peaceful. Spectacular sea views.

Slightly far out and no bus service so had to Uber everywhere as there was no bus service, but that said it was only $10 each way and the peace and quiet was well worth it.

The staff outside at the cabana tiki bar ignored me didn’t even say hello. I have no idea if it’s because he didn’t like

The property was clean smelled clean and house keeping was hilarious

The Internet wasn’t great and they were having a storm come in and they didn’t know if I’d have Wi-Fi or not for my business The girl checking us out, told me that we would pay for us today and that she would ask the manager to talk to me about leaving early when we checked out. She totally forgot about that which was in 20 minutes. The hot tub was freezing They did nothing to accommodate the cold, like bring blankets down on the chairs or put in a chimney or make a bonfire on the beach. The communication with the checkout person was terrible.

I paid for a beachfront hotel and there was NO BEACH very disappointing and misleading.

This is not a beachfront property. This is not a 30 min walk to the main strip. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was amazing.

Do not book this hotel if you're looking for a beachfront hotel. There is a pool and sand with chairs. NO BEACH to walk out to only rocks and seaweed. You need to take a car to the beach.

continental breakfast, we had a pet and stayedon the first floor. Unit views were good, but lost a little privacy as the outdoor eating was right in front of your room. I would recommend that if you’re going to stay and you enjoy your privacy don’t stay on the first floor.

Great value for the price but you need to drive or uber to Duval Street

Pool area is great and we stayed in one of the 2 bedroom Suites which is nice because it has a kitchen area and a living room.

Regarding the extra fee charged by the accommodation called 'resort fee,' the person who was with me did not use the pools and other amenities, but was still required to pay.

The staff, the rooms, the cleanlyness

The breakfast was really not good. On one side the room where they serve it a passing by room and has no conditions. On the other hand, most of the food is not good and not to the level of this hotel. Almost all “processed/packed” food. Plus it is served in plastic plates, glasses and cutlery which is horrible for the environement but it really gives you a feeling of estaing at a days food restaurant. Also at the bar all the cups were in plastic.

I couldn’t think of a nicer place to stay and celebrate our 50th anniversary.

The staff member who checked us in talked to fast and seemed to rush, yet no one else was waiting. Breakfast was wonderful. The pool and tiki bar were outstanding. Service was also outstanding.

Cabanas are overpriced. A fan in the cabana would have been nice and the tv kept cutting off. Housekeeping was good, but thought room not getting cleaned until late afternoon was inconvenient to us.

Conch Villa

We were so pleased with our 2 bedroom villa. It was so spacious and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we could have possibly needed. The staff constantly checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The luxurious robes and evening turndown service were top-notch. Samantha at the front desk was super friendly and so helpful.

Nice stay at the Capitana!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast was tasty and there was a variety to choose from. The main offering changes from day to day. There is always fruit and juice available. There is also fresh coffee served every morning starting at 7am if you are not in to the expresso machine in your room. One other unique benefit of this hotel is the availability of bottles of water for free. They have water available on each floor!

I was disappointed when I returned to my room on the last evening because no one had cleaned my room and it was 2pm. I was able to find some staff down the hall so I requested my room be cleaned. While they were prompt in coming to get it done I would have preferred that it had been done prior to my return.

this hotel is absolutely amazing!

What a marvelous place to stay! We initially booked for 3 nights but decided to prolong our stay as we loved the Capitana that much. The hotel looks as if it was brand new. It is extremaly clean and well kept. The staff is friendly, helpful and descreet. Delicious breakfast, nespresso cafe with a great number of coffee capsules as well as huge parking are included in price. The garden/ relax area is lovely. The swimming pool is heated!! This is a place to stay at Key West!

The only one small thing are the single use plates and cuttley used for breakfast…

We loved our stay at the Capitana!

Loved our stay, the hotel, the staff everything was lovely! Our room was cleaned everyday, the bed was comfortable, very luxurious! We had an ocean view room with a balcony and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. We rented a golf cart for our stay and it was the perfect way to get around town. It was fun and easy to park! We definitely would return to the Capitana!

Beautiful property. Stayed in a villa with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.

Staying on first floor people above you are very loud because of hardwood floors. It would be very helpful to have a nightlight in the bathroom. Had to leave very bright bathroom lights on and shut the door. Being seniors getting up in the middle of the night is a regular occurrence.

In our view, there is not a better hotel in the Key West

The breakfast was good, the choice just basic, nevetheless, altogether fully satisfactory. The pool and related facilities totally perfect, nice view on the ocean, bar available...In summary, the hotel and its surroundings are truly exceptional; it takes just ten minutes to go downtown by taxi....

Four days in Paradise!

The food at both the breakfast buffet and the restaurant was outstanding. We ate dinner on the patio at the poolside bar, and the grouper, in particular was exceptional. The staff and the entire facility was wonderful. We had to extend our stay due to my wife falling ill and the staff was very understanding and made great effort to find us a different, and better, room for the extra days, as the first had been booked by other guests.

I can't think of a single negative. Probably the nicest place that we're ever stayed.

The room was lovely! We were able to get in our room upon early arrival. This enabled us to enjoy several hours of pool time that we would otherwise have missed! The staff was very friendly and courteous. All staff... from the front desk to the young man washing the windows! The grounds were super maintained! The available prebagged ice and bottled water provided was great! Loved the towels provided at the pool! The breakfast included was adequate!

Sounds silly....but not enough hooks or bars to hang wet towels or bathing suits in the bathroom!
