It was a perfect place for what I like and prefer, you’ll need to uber to duval street but not being in the busier area of key west was ideal!

Our stay was welcoming, restful and the staff very friendly.

The staff Mitch and Cassandra made our stay outstanding. Mitch was the first person we met and he was able to get us into a room right away so we could get ready for an excursion. He literally showed us to our room in a separate building and made us feel welcome! Thanks Mitch!

Resort level standard without the extra fees

Like most people we were looking for a good deal to visit Key West and this fitted the bill. You could in theory walk or bicycle in to the old town if you were fit but we just took the car and actually parked for free as was hotel parking. Good sized pool with tiki bar and free towels. Actually has a beach but I don’t know about swimming in it. Nice Starbucks where it’s worth paying extra for the breakfast. Good range of supermarkets and fast food within walking distance. Our room was actually on the road side but the balcony overlooked the pool so no problem with noise.

Perfect stay! Deserves 5 stars!!

The location was perfect and very convenient. The room was fresh, spotless, and felt brand new, with an excellent bathroom and a perfect shower. Despite being next to the street, the rooms were very quiet. The pool was comfortably warm; although the hot tub was under maintenance, it wasn’t an issue. Service was outstanding – special thanks to LaToya and Mary Ann, as well as Stephanie and cook Jean at the breakfast desk. Breakfast was included, with enough choices and delicious food. This hotel truly deserves 5 stars!

Nice but not crazy about the location

The room was spacious and clean. We liked that there was a ceiling fan in the room. The beds were very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the "garden" that was lovely.

I tried a few times before the cancellation deadline to change the date of checkout to a day earlier as we had an early flight out of Miami and wanted to spend the night in Miami to be closer to the airport. I never received a response, yet the Manager and Asst. Manager sent generic messages to me through the same portal but never responded to my request. When I checked in and talked with the front desk agent about it she told me there was nothing that could be done about my request. We also didn't like that the property was off of a main thoroughfare.

I got a $20 charge on my bank statement extra and no explanation. No receipt to say why. That would have been nice. I took no towels or anything from the room. We did put luggage to store til room was ready? Don't know.

Good property that allowed us to have a good stay - but not a great one.

The facilities were nice and in a good location. The bar and food staff was friendly and helpful.

The room floor was dirty and housekeeping was not interested in coming to our room on the one day where we wanted it serviced. The outdoor furniture was dirty and old and should be replaced.

Room was not decorated, bedroom was dreary. Needs a make over. No Florida feel at all. There is no real beach - misrepresentation. Breakfast was good but sooooo slow. Would not come back or recommend.

Away from the "Downtown" hustle & bustle and a very pleasant getaway

Overall, the Facility as clean and neat. It is a bit dated but not at all run down. The room and the facility had a late 90's vibe but well maintained. The Staff was really outstanding and truly impressed us with their Professionalism and willingness to engage and be helpful

Bathroom and Furniture needs an update - though everything was well kept, clean and maintained. Stall Shower instead of a Tub would have been nice.

Nice hotel, but bathroom is not handicap accessible.

The pool area and tiki bar are very nice.

We requested a handicap accessible room when we booked and received confirmation from the hotel they could accommodate. When we got there we were told none available. My husband’s wheelchair would not fit through the bathroom door! We had to roll him in using the desk chair to at least brush teeth and sponge bath.

Nice pool.

You were charged for EVERYTHING. No Continental breakfast. Only what you chose to pay for. They advertise refrigerator in the room……a lie. I needed a refrigerator for medications, which was why I booked here. Went to the front desk to say I need to go elsewhere. They refused to refund me. Even though they were dishonest in there advertising
