Stay in this charming 38 m² duplex apartment with a private balcony and exceptional views of the Mont-Blanc massif, just 150 metres from the Aiguille du Midi cable car and within a few minutes’ walk of Chamonix town centre.
Located on the 4th floor of the Balme residence, with lift access, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Its south-west-facing orientation provides plenty of natural light, while its elevated position ensures a peaceful environment.
The bright living room features a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining area and direct access to the balcony. From the balcony and the main bedroom, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc, Mont Maudit and the surrounding peaks. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The apartment enjoys an ideal location for exploring Chamonix without a car. The town centre is just a few minutes’ walk away. At the foot of the residence, you will find several restaurants and bars, a SPAR supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, sports shops and various local businesses.
The Aiguille du Midi cable car is just 150 metres away, Chamonix Sud bus station is 240 metres away, and the Chamonix–Aiguille-du-Midi SNCF train station is 270 metres away.
In winter, local shuttle buses provide easy access to the different ski areas. In summer, the apartment is an excellent base for hiking, trail running, mountaineering and mountain biking. Les Houches is approximately a 12-minute drive away, while Geneva Airport is approximately 99 km away.
Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed.

In a perfect location close to the bus and train station and a short walk to lots of restaurants.
Beautiful view from the living room and bedroom.
The stairs are quite steep and narrow and hard to manage with large luggage, but other than that it was a great stay and would stay again.
