Quiet location compact 2 bedroom place with a Mountain View
Overall grade: 7/10 with room for improvement to 8 or 8,5 Location: +Nicely situated quiet apartment near with small shops and restaurants with very little traffic. +Close to the bus station Chamonix Sud, Aiguille de Midi, and the amenities in central Chamonix but not close enough to disturb us. Apartment: +Good layout and space enough for 4-5 people for sleeping, lounging and eating. +Standard is as promised (with a few exceptions, see below) + Great view of Brevent from master bedroom and living area. +Nice balcony - good place to store skis +Parking in the basement. +Equipped as promised. Flat screen TV with apps for Netflix, Prime, Apple+ etc. Good quality towels large (though some things need upgrading). Surprise: French gear for Raclette, Crepes, etc. Service: +Fast replies prior to arrival +The service team I located on the ground floor. They are responsive 1) Fixed the initial bad cleaning when we asked for it 2) Let us check out late for free 3) stored our luggage on departure day. We had a great week in Chamonix based in this apartment.
Apartment: -Some confusion about what was included in the apartment on Booking.com. Better to ask the owners. - Initial clearing but this was fixed when we asked - Worn out cutlery and no bread knife. Please upgrade cutlery and knives. -Wifi. It is really bad. We used our cellphones for internet instead. The double beds are a bit soft for 2 tall Scandinavians, but then, some like softer beds

Atutem jest przede wszystkim lokalizacja. Wcale nie potrzeba używać samochodu, wszystko blisko. Obsługa, sklepy, restauracje, atrakcje blisko apartamentu. Pokoje małe, ale wystarczające, widoki i balkon niezapomniane.
Wjazd i problematyczny wyjazd z parkingu podziemnego. Byłem dużym autem i ciężko było manewrować pomiędzy słupami konstrukcyjnymi. Ograniczenie wysokości do 185cm, tak więc busy i samochody z bagażnikiem na dachu odpadają, ale odkryłem że na tego samego pilota można wjechać na parking naziemny przy obiekcie, o czym nie poinformowała mnie obsługa - także polecam ten na górze.
