位置很好，离缆车步行8分钟左右，购物方便，楼下不远就是Sherpa和家乐福，房间布置温馨，特别适合家庭出行，各种用品一应俱全，性价比很高。
取钥匙特别不方便，负责管理钥匙领取的服务人员服务意识需要提升，她应该学会如何让客户满意而不是让她自己在办公室舒服。入住那天大雪，她让我们拖两个大箱上、下坡去找她拿钥匙，其实她完全可以有其他办法服务我们而不是让她自己舒服。

Close to ski bus.
Sofa bed so uncomfortable. Noise from the bathroom pipes, they were noisy all night long. In addition the lift was very close to the flat and that was being used all night long. Single glazed windows provided no protection from the bars below until 3.45 am. Every night..we barely slept. .
