Perfect location to visit Aiguille du midi just in front of the ticket office. Clean room. Easy check in and check out with a key box room and instructions shared beforehand. Low price compared to the neighbors.

The parking lot was complicated and some paths were quite narrow. Be careful with a large car. PnHot water was limited and after taking showers for 5 people, not enough hot water was available to fill up the bath tub. The door key was old and difficult to take off from the door.

Great location and clean property! I stayed here for 4 nights with a group of 4 people. The apartment was well-maintained and in a convenient location. It’s comfortable for 3 people—4 can work, but it’s a bit tight. Overall, a pleasant stay!

One small downside was that the toiletries provided were limited for 4 guests.

Location was the strongest aspect of the property. It is rather centrally located in Chamonix.

The apartment is too small for the number of people the owners claim it can accommodate. The apartment is advertised as being capable of accommodating up to 6 people but in reality it should not be used by more than 2. We took the 6 people advert at face value, rented for our family of 3 adults and 2 small children and ended up cramped into roughly 20-30 sq meters of living space. The apartment also lacks some essential facilities (e.g., wardrobe, washing machine, WiFi), which makes it quite challenging to use. There were various other issues with the apartment (doors not closing properly, wobbly chairs and table, no place to hang towels, etc). It is more like a student hostel than an apartment.
