Great location and everything we needed in the apartment.

Compact and cosy but all great.

Excellent location, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and major attractions. Parking was a big plus and you freely had to choose any free space. A SPAR supermarket is located directly downstairs, which was extremely convenient. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware, utensils, and cutlery for longer stays. The check-out process was simple and straightforward. Once you understand the parking system, it works well and provides secure underground parking. This is only a mention and my bad that I missed to check this in detail - Wi-Fi: the apartment does not have its own private network but instead relies on the building's shared Wi-Fi, which was slow and unreliable.

Although key collection itself was easy, the property provides only a generic self-check-in guide rather than apartment-specific instructions. The complex consists of several buildings(~7), and locating the correct one felt like a treasure hunt on arrival. Clearer directions or a customized check-in guide would make a huge difference. The underground parking can be confusing the first time because it's not only for the building in which you stay it's for ~7 buildings. Just an example: you enter through building 1 and you stay at building 7 (if you would know these beforehand than you would drive under the 7th building and not stop and the first free parking space and than take the first exit), which isn't obvious. We even saw other guests walking around the garage trying to locate their cars. Once you understand the layout, however, it becomes easy. We experienced problems opening the apartment door because important instructions were missing from the check-in information. (one doorknob working clockwise and the other one counterclockwise) Guests are required to wash dishes and take out the trash before departure or risk additional charges. Considering the accommodation costs around €250 per night, I found this expectation disappointing. The apartment itself is functional but shows its age. The furniture and interior are more traditional than modern, and the apartment feels rather dark due to limited natural light. The apartment is managed by a property management company, and response times to questions were sometimes slow. No own private Wifi.

The location was good for cable cars and the town

It was tired. The furniture was old and worn, the bunk room had nowhere to put anything so we ended up using a couch to put clothes on. It felt grimy. One morning we got up and found someone sleeping in the stairwell in front of our door.
