The location was amazing, very close to the main bus terminal. The apartment was easy to find, and unlike some reviews was very quiet. It is also a quick walk to the city center as well as having many great restaurants and bars below. This fit four people very comfortably. This location also had a beautiful view from the main window.
We had trouble finding the ski locker as we did not use the car park, and inquired with some happy rentals staff. There was one very rude and unhelpful staff member, so we returned later and spoke with another staff member who was great!

The location was good for cable cars and the town
It was tired. The furniture was old and worn, the bunk room had nowhere to put anything so we ended up using a couch to put clothes on. It felt grimy. One morning we got up and found someone sleeping in the stairwell in front of our door.
