Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just over three miles away. Gator Beach, just under four miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals (including a rare albino alligator).

It was all around a good experience. Everything was pretty well clean we did find a few items from others that had stayed previously but it was overall very clean and everything worked correctly our family had a blast!

We enjoyed our stay at the Peach Seashell. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. The condo stayed cool and was conveniently located for east beach access. Upon arrival, we were texted that we could check in early. The code did not work and after 30 minutes on the phone we were able to get in at the normal check in time. Not a huge deal. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke upon entering, then found cigarette butts on the second floor balcony. We don’t smoke, so that was annoying. It should also be noted that while this condo does sleep 9, seven of the sleeping arrangements are in one bedroom. That could have been inconvenient if we had had multiple couples. Most of our party were teen girls. Everything else was as listed and we would likely stay again considering the price during June was hard to beat.

Loved the location, walk across the street to the beach.. perfect! 2 and half bathrooms and having the washer/dryer was great.. The condo was clean to the best of the ability of the cleaning crew.. but the carpets are so filthy with old dirt that we had to wear shoes the whole time. The place needs some updates.. definitely needs new furniture.. it’s very dated and dingy.. the bunk beds are very sketchy/weak.. could definitely be reinforced a little better.. also could definitely use a new microwave .. it works but is so small you can barely fit a coffee cup in there. Also we had to go buy our own frying pans because there are 2 there.. neither are nonstick.. one is broken and the other was so burnt up from other peoples use we couldn’t use it.. but Other than those few things it was fine for the week stay.
