Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Not only do you get what you see on the photos, but beach equipment was also available for use; rolling cooler, boogie boards, beach umbrella and anchor, and lots of beach chairs. You are mere steps away from the beach, so you don’t have to tote meals. It was very easy and lightweight to walk back and forth!

We took our granddaughters for a last minute getaway and this place was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and right outside the pool. Had an issue with the dryer and a new washer/dryer was installed within hours. Only complaint was we couldn’t stay longer!

Good, clean property. Excellent location and good place to stay. Property manager is easy to communicate with and responsive. Only improvement with property is parking spot is in the rear of the condo, would be helpful if it was on the front or on the side. Or, if there was a key to use the back door during the stay.
