The location was spectacular! 1 min walk to the beach. Restaurants and things to do still close. Price was excellent for 3 nights right across from the beach. The staff was very responsive by text which was so helpful. Place was clean and extra towels for a family of 5. Pool was close for the kids, can park your car right in front, easy loading. Extra fan because the A/C didn't cool enough in the heat. Small view of the beach from the balconies! Overall, will definitely come back and stay.
The A/C didn't cool the place enough on a 78° day. The stove was hard to cook on because the electric pads didn't change based on the dial. The king bed is old so it makes a lot of creaking noises. The shower head sprays everywhere and needs to be replaced.

When we arrived it didn't smell clean it needs more updates it's dated old fashioned but over all it was a fun trip literally 2 min walk to the beach. The rooms were a nice size there where eye lashes left on one of the room doors we didn't touch them they should still be rite where who ever left them at. I think overall it could have been cleaned better like the sheets on the beds and the towels. With a few more upgrades this place would be a prime location and stay in the future with added upgrades in certain areas throughout the home. I'll give the stay a 7.5 out 10.
