The fee for requests made 2 weeks prior to the stay is $10 per day. If a request is made less than two weeks prior to arrival, the fee is $15 per day; this includes bookings made within 2 weeks of your check-in date. We had a blast! Easy access to a private beach, they had a ton of beach toys and chairs to use. Close to good restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Kids enjoyed having pool access. And it was great how quiet it was after 10pm. House has everything we needed and more. We had 2 families and still had plenty of space. Highly recommend this location.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. We always love to stay at this cottage retreat its always peaceful and beautiful and clean and not a long walk to the beach. Brenda was very friendly and helpful every time we needed her. We will definitely be back.

This cottage was perfect for our family. 6 adults and 2 kids and everyone had their own bed and bath. Close to pool and ocean. Walk to restaurants. Location was great and everything was exactly as advertised. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Destin, and we probably will!! Thank you!

House is great. Great neighborhood with a real cozy family atmosphere, easy walk to the beach, easy walk to the pool, traffic wasn’t too bad and so convenient to nearly everything.
If there is a downside it’s parking. The house, and all the houses in the complex, sleep 12 or more. The houses have only 2 parking places and a limited number of spaces (8) that are “reserved†for a cost available for the week.
Help me understand how 12 people and luggage can make a long trip in two vehicles unless it’s a large van! I reserved the extra parking spot in April as I was concerned about it. Sure enough on day 1 we pull in and someone is in the reserved spot I paid $70 for. Thankfully that day, Paul was able to get it taken care of (he is awesome by the way). But, it was a constant issue. People from the condos that are attached to the property would park there to use the pool which made no sense since there was plenary of parking in the condo lot which the people like us in the houses (cottages) are warned about excessive towing bills if we park there. We were not able to have a friend from Panama City visit us for the day because there is no parking. Finally, I elected to not move my car from the “reserved†spot so I wouldn’t loose it as there is absolutely no where else to park.
Apparently the HOA that oversees the houses also oversees the condos so it seems an easy solution. There was always a lot of empty parking in the condo lot!
I was able to meet and talk with an owner of one of the houses and he said the parking thing has been an issue for years with no apparent immediate solution.
So, the house is great, we’ll maintained and really convenient. If you have two vehicles your golden and no as the two parking spots are right in front of the houses. The house is well equipped but don’t expect to catch any local TV. TV is Limited to internet TV and most of that is national stuff.
Wireless internet is awesome and really fast.
