Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile! Ci ha risolto un problema in un attimo, addirittura alle 00:30, dimostrando grande attenzione e premura. Ci ha anche aiutato tantissimo a trovare un taxi, cosa non semplice, e grazie a lui ci siamo riusciti.
La struttura è assolutamente consigliata: la stanza era pulita, ordinata e molto accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti davvero i benvenuti!

La ubicación es muy muy cómoda. Entre las ruinas y la estación, zona con restauración, seguridad. El edificio es bonito, los apartamentos son muy cómodos. La música del baño es un puntazo 🙌 Nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta que quisiéramos y nos orientó en lo que pudo. Muy recomendable.

Wir hatten ein gemütliches, modern ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Bad und kleinem Balkon, mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Der Balkon war groß genug, um dort zu zweit zu sitzen oder auch ein paar Kleidungsstücke zu trocknen. Sauberkeit war top! Besonders beeindruckt hat mich aber der schöne Fußboden im Flur der Wohneinheit. Die Kommunikation mit dem sympathischen Gastgeber erfolgte mit Hilfe elektronischer Übersetzer, war aber problemlos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage - wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, von dem aus man mit häufig verkehrenden Zügen in ca. 20 min Neapel erreichen kann. In der direkten Umgebung befinden sich viele Cafés, Bistros, Restaurants, Geschäfte, etc. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch und wurde im Café gegenüber der Unterkunft serviert - die Gutscheine dafür bekommt man vom Gastgeber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
