jednak ( co typowe dla takich budynków) dość słabe wyciszenie i jednak wentylacja łazienki - tylko poprzez okno - a w marcu jeszcze dość zimno - a trzeba je otwierać tuż po kąpieli; ogrzewanie klimatyzacją - nie jest bezgłośne - ale we Włoszech centralne ogrzewanie nie jest często na poludniu
