Great location for visiting Ercolano (5 minutes walk) & Pompei (20 minutes on train).
Enzo was very welcoming & though he speaks English, we chatted in Italian which I enjoyed!
Very comfortable room which allowed us to renew our energy after each of 2 longs days exploring the the ruins! Near market, shops, cafés, restaurants.

Bien situé, 10mn de la station Ercolano Scavi et proche du site archéologique et autres centres intérêts
Très bonne accueil, thé, café etc à disposition,idéal pour ce préparer un petit-déjeuner.
C était propre ,dans un quartier populaire mais très sympa et calme.

El lugar es tal cual se muestra ,muy bonito muy cómodo y su anfitriona muy detallista y atenta !!!!! 100% recomendable ,mercadillos ,el parque arqueológico de ercolano a 500 mtrs ...el museo enfrente la propiedad ..muy bi
en conectado por tren al centro de napoles y a 25 minutos de pompeya .Precioso

Location, it is in the city center, with a market in the street, it was walking distance to the train station and the price of the night was okay.
The shared utensils in the kitchen were not clean.
The milk for breakfast was already in the bedroom the night before (so not fridges) and it was already opened and used by somebody else. The photos of the breakfast in the site didn’t corresponded with the real one, the food was canned.
We had some problems with the bathroom door. The toilet seat was missing and always draining water. Was expected to have free parking for the car and it didn’t, so we had to park the
