8th Floor Gulf View Beachfront Condominium by Brightwild

We definitely liked the location of the property. We liked how it had a washer and dryer in the unit. The primary tub was fabulous and huge. There was plenty of room for all 4 of us and we couldn’t really hear the traffic outside. Perfect floor for a perfect view.

Definitely outdated furniture. For the price we paid to stay the week, the couch and chairs in the living room and primary bedroom had stains on them. The couch was sunk tremendously, not comfy. The walls had damage done to them. There was a mildew smell as soon as you walked in and lingered the whole stay, I think it’s the carpet. The cleaners definitely don’t hold a standard to “clean” we had to request them to come back in and clean the fab in the guest room and mold/mildew around the vent in the primary bathroom. Dryer kept throwing a flow sense error code. TVs kept freezing or took forever to respond to the remote. Small tvs also. Went to vacuum to help with sand in the unit and the vacuum was broke. The sliding door in the primary to the balcony did not have a tight seal so when the wind would blow it would make an ear pitching whistle that was awful. During the night there would be a bad sewage smell that would stay around for hours and by the last two days of our stay, it stayed around all day. A water heater busted on the 14th/15th floor and water made its way down to our room and had water coming out the primary bathroom bulb light and vent in the shower. Couldn’t use the bathroom much anymore after they put the dehumidifier and fan in there to help with the water. Messaged about the dryer, smells and water stuff going on and never heard back. Overall good place, we just hate how much we paid for an outdated unit compared to others we saw.

We loved the kitchen it was well equipped. Living room was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. It was quiet couldn’t hear the traffic. Bathroom was spacious. I loved the decor. The view was beautiful. Loved the pool and beach access.

The patio furniture was uncomfortable and hot tubs didn’t work the whole time we were there.

Not enough towels or face cloths and the dryer didn’t work well

Condo was very clean and the location was perfect! Very easy to access the beach and never had to wait for the elevator. Balcony views were so beautiful! We’re looking forward to booking again in the future.
