The space
This beautiful family-managed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront PENTHOUSE 25th floor condo rests on 600 feet of prime sugar white sand to play on and emerald green waters to play in. Begin your first day of your beach vacation on the private balcony of your vacation condo with a cup of coffee and gorgeous views of the beach and gulf. Welcome to your beach vacation and your home away from home. Your vacation condo rental boasts incredible views from your private balcony and a spacious and fashionably decorated interior complete with all the conveniences of home.
The combination of elegance and comfort makes this the perfect place to stay whether you are visiting with a loved one or traveling with the kids. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the gulf immediately as you walk in from the floor to ceiling glass windows. Slide the doors open to your private balcony to feel the ocean breeze on your face as your enjoy your morning coffee or drink at sunset. The open living area is equipped with a comfortable couch which doubles as a sleeper sofa to enjoy the pastel sunrise over the blue waters and the entertainment center which includes a flat screen TV for everyone to enjoy. We offer a discounted $55 BEACH SERVICE rental fee for reservations between Mar 15 - Oct 31. This includes two chairs and an umbrella for your entire stay. The Beach vendor charges $45/day rental so this potentially could save you more than $200 for a week stay. Let us know if you want to take advantage of the beach service.
Guests are responsible for the $50 parking fee per vehicle in addition to the quoted price.
