Great location. Clean and safe.
It was very bright from street lights even with the shade pulled and I needed to sleep with a mask on. Entry took a bit of work with the key system and was delayed by a late cleaner but they were responsive about it. Could use a rug for wet boots particularly in winter.

If you are attending a Cubs game the location is excellent. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The apartment was clean.
Would be nice to have a couple more comfortable chairs in the living room.
