Location, cleanliness

Keys didn't work at the front door. Luckily, we located the back door and used that precarious stairway during our stay.

Overall great and would definitely stay at the property again.

Great neighborhood, very clean inside, property management was very responsive over text

Electric failed on 75 % of building, luckily it was just a few hours before we left. Property was secure through deadbolt, but literally all the door knobs were loose, falling off or already completely off, this included interior and exterior doors

Great location, clean

Very difficult staff getting into location. Had to wait 3 hours before gaining entry. Said credit card didn't work, but card worked everywhere else. Paid $120 to park across the street for 24 hours.

Very poor

Very very bad and incompetent, and non professional service ! They communicate with customers at inappropriate times, midnight , 2 am !! We arrived in a non-functional apartment, the lock of the door was broken so we couldn’t access it. We waited in the stairwell for an hour, and after they sent someone who located us in a new apartment and relocated us 2 days after in the previous apartment that had maintenance problem. Noisy heating, gas stove that does not work, no microwave.... Really disappointed with this choice. I do not recommend it to anyone.
