Location is great! Nice to have 2 bathroom with good size. Bedrooms small.

Easy to book day of and get in. Bathrooms spacious. Laundry

Bedrooms very small and challenging to plug in outlet next to bed. Had to put pillows at foot of bed to plug in. Then getting out was a matter of climbing out awkwardly Bathrooms could definitely use hooks! We had to keep our luggage in the living room as there was no room in bedrooms. Pillows flat, and towels old& thin. No wash cloths . Took a bit to get front door open yet figured it out.

Definitely an awesome affordable stay. The best stay if you’re looking to stay in Wrigleyville.

I loved how close it was to wrigley field. And just about everything you wanted if you are attending a cubs game. Very clean place also. And the owner is very quickly responsive and has great communication.

If you’re not attending cubs games and are not at the property before the game. You will have an extremely hard time trying to find parking. There isn’t any designated parking for the residence. And also the bedroom connected to the bathroom. The fan only works when the light is turned on.
