Eravamo in 8 quindi abbiamo prenotato 3 appartamenti. Ci sono stati assegnati: - appartamento 1: molto carino, con un piccolo balcone con tavolino esterno; cucina ben attrezzata;comodo divano che, una volta aperto, era un letto matrimoniale. - appartamento 2: molto carino, mi è stato riferito però che la cucina non era molto attrezzata oltre a stoviglie e pentole (x esempio non c'era nulla x far il caffè, un tostapane) -appartamento 8: su due livelli, molto ampio e cucina attrezzata. Nel complesso gli appartamenti erano molto belli, arredamento ben tenuto, pulizia ottima. Check-in molto facile (seguendo le istruzioni che vengono fornite alla prenotazione) Assistenza tramite sms/whatsapp garantita dalla sig.ra Regina, sempre disponibile. Negli appartamenti abbiamo trovato le guest card (include il battello gratuito x attraversare il fiume) e la carta x usufruire del parcheggio a prezzo scontato (5€/al gg anziché 8.50€) Il paese è molto tranquillo, i sentieri sono in prossimità della struttura.

Nulla di negativo in assoluto. Segnalo solo che l'accesso è tramite scale quindi x chi come me aveva il passeggino ovviamente va portato di peso. Ho soggiornato a Agosto per cui il Parcheggio era sull'altra sponda del fiume:ciò significa che bisogna prendere il battello ogni volta che serve la macchina. Non l'ho vissuto come un problema perché parte ogni 10min e la traversata dura 5min, ma va segnalato perché a qualcuno potrebbe essere scomodo. Nota negativa: era indicata la presenza di un minimarket, ma l'unico che ho trovato era chiuso (sembrava una cessata attività), di conseguenza x la spesa dovevo sempre prendere la macchina x recarmi al supermercato a 15min di strada..

Csak a foglalás után derült ki, hogy a parkolás nem szálláshely közelében van, hanem az Elba túlpartján. Mentette a helyzetet, hogy kaptunk kézikocsit a szállításhoz és a számunkra ingyenes komp is gyakran járt.

We travelled as 2 families with kids and our apartaments were situated on the last floor in the separated building, the apartaments itself also had two floors which was very complicated in day-to-day life, in addition the bathroom was situated on the last floor. Moreover, the bed in the living room was out of order, so it was very uncomfortable to sleep there, it was only one tablet to the dischmachine so the guest have to ressuply even if they stayed only for 3 days . The accomodation procedure is also quite complicated- they need your car numbers in advance and in the end signed documents left on the table. The communication with the host is very unpleasent and do not speak English. The host is rude, unproffesional, ordinary and impolite, the apartament cleaning was in the price of accomodation, however the host wrote messages that they found urine in the bathroom, dirty towels and food in the refrigenator. I would not recommend these uncomfortable apartaments running by very unproffesional host.
