Gut ausgestattete Küche, nur Teekanne fehlt. Lage nahe der Elbe und Restaurants und Cafe. Blick auf die Festung.
Parkplatzsituation. Sehr steile Treppe zur Wohnung. Schlecht für geh-eingeschränkte Menschen, besonders mit Gepäck. Möbel in die Jahre gekommen. DDR -Flair noch vorhanden. Badsituation für Menschen unter 160 cm Körpergrösse schlecht. Hoher Badewanneneinstieg ohne Haltegriff. Undichte wackelige Duschabtrennung. Warmwasser erst nach langem Vorlauf. Nicht nachhaltig. Spiegel nicht erreichbar zum Schminken. Fönen etc. Klodeckel aus Plastik. Nicht belastbar. Badhocker fehlt.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, die Aussicht perfekt auf die Festung Königstein. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Smart TV und W-Lan.
Es war leider sehr kalt. Die Heizung im Wohnzimmer war gedrosselt oder müsste entlüftet werden. In der Küche gibt es gar keine Heizung. Das Warmwasser in der Küche kommt erst nach Minuten leider.
